Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 April 2026

Who we are

Oddshift Tips (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the members subscription service. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your choices.

What we use your data for

We only use personal information where we need it to run the site, let you create and manage an account, and keep the service secure. That includes, for example:

  • email and account details so you can register and log in
  • subscription status from our payment provider so we know whether you have active member access
  • technical logs and security-related data to protect the platform

We do not sell your personal data.

Payments (Stripe)

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, which is a separate payment processor. Stripe collects and handles payment card and billing data in line with its own policies and industry standards (including PCI DSS). We do not receive or store your full card number on our servers.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregated traffic and how visitors move through the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive). This helps us improve the product. Where cookies or similar technologies are used for analytics, we describe them in our Cookie policy.

How long we keep data

We keep account and billing-related information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or to port your data. To make a request, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Responsible gambling

Gambling can be harmful. Please only use our service if you are legally allowed to bet in your jurisdiction and you are in control of your spending. See our Terms for organisations that offer support and self-exclusion tools.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
