The service

Oddshift Tips provides sports tipping content, including public previews and a members’ area with additional material. Content is for information and entertainment. It is not financial, legal, or betting advice, and we do not guarantee outcomes or profits. You are responsible for any decisions you make and any bets you place with third-party bookmakers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the site you confirm that you meet that requirement. You must not use the service where it would be unlawful.

Accounts and subscriptions

Access to some features requires an account. Members’ content is offered on a paid subscription basis, billed monthly through our payment partner, Stripe. Stripe handles payment card and checkout data; we do not store your full card details on our servers. Your use of payments is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy notice.

Cancellation and access

If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the members’ features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, your access will end unless you subscribe again.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel part way through a paid month, we do not refund the unused portion, except where we are required to provide a refund under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example by attempting to break security, scrape or redistribute paid content at scale, or use the service for unlawful purposes). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Responsible gambling

Betting should be fun, not a way to solve money problems. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you are worried about your gambling, or someone else’s, help is free and confidential. Useful resources include:

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy describe how we use personal data and cookies (including Google Analytics for traffic and journey analysis). Where we ask you to accept cookies and policies through the site banner, clicking Accept records your agreement to these terms and those policies for general use of the website. Subscribing or using paid members features is also acceptance of these terms and policies for that service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on any content, including betting losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
